Moroccan Delights At Andalusia Restaurant
Amidst the aroma and subtle spices of Moroccan cuisine in Jeddah and the buzzing sounds of the charcoal grill open show kitchen, Andalusia restaurant presents to you an authentic fine dining experience for dinner from 6:30am to 12:00am. Unveil the exclusive rates for early bird visitors dining from 6:30pm to 8:30pm and a group of 20 people or more.
The restaurant is decorated with alfresco arched chairs, Moroccan textile flooring, ornate Moroccan fixtures and baskets full of dried fruits and nuts. The glass windows of the restaurant lead to a closed air-conditioned terrace with a partial view of the Red Sea.
The dinner buffet is a blend of classical Moroccan platters from different provinces, which can be traced back to Morocco’s long history of colonizers and immigrants who have left their mark in more than one way. The cuisine of the first inhabitants, the Berbers, still exists today in the primary dishes.
The experience starts with the famous Harira Soup or a mix of vegetable based salads, followed by the sweet and sour notes of a slow-cooked savoury stew, commonly known as tagine, which can be paired with traditional couscous. Tagine is cooked with premium meat, tender chicken or fish mixed with vegetables or fruit.
The charcoal grill open show kitchen will serve an assortment of succulent mixed grills marinated in Moroccan herbs and spices. The dessert station includes specialties ranging from freshly cut fruits, spice cake with bitter orange butter Moroccan green apple and lime cake, filo pudding, rice pudding and sweet couscous. Guests can end the evening with flavoured shisha of their choice and the customary Moroccan mint tea.
Dinner priced at SAR 215 including beverage.
